From dispatch to delivery
The estimated transportation period for a QENAVIRO™ order is 3–7 days after dispatch. This describes transit after a parcel has been handed to the carrier; it does not include any time needed to prepare an order before dispatch. Where tracking is available, we provide tracking information so the parcel’s progress can be checked.
Delivery estimates can be affected by the destination, carrier operations, address accuracy, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our direct control. An estimate should not be treated as a guaranteed arrival date. If an order involves more than one item, items may travel separately where the fulfillment arrangements require it; relevant shipment information should be communicated to the customer.
